WaterWalk Extended Stay Raleigh - RTP

The staff are very enthusiastic, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's near a densely populated area, within walking distance, and safe. Suitable for a relaxing stay during a business trip or for a family weekend getaway.

First off, Jasmine at the front desk was phenomenal. She was very accommodating to our needs, very sweet, full hospitality, and was very personable. She gave us great recommendations to places to eat and suggested great weekend ideas (we're new to North Carolina). She was also very quick to check us in and our stay went very smoothly with her. We booked a 3 bedroom suite and stayed 2 nights and 3 days but wished we could have stayed longer for the great service she provided. The place overall was great. Thank you for having us :)

Pleasant space! Full kitchen, a washer and dryer in bathroom which really sets it apart from other spaces. Also couch, chair, coffee table, dining table and seating, 2 tvs(1 in bedroom, 1 living). Pleasantly modern/updated, so the space looks and feels clean. It's walking distance to golf store, indian food and Walmart, driving distance to shopping around the corner at Brier Creek, and convenient access to the highway without being located on it or having any road noise. It's pet friendly, and unlike some other spaces, the pet bags are all stocked for use; green space on the opposite side available for four-legged friends. Also, when snow was expected the parking and sidewalk areas were treated, nothing stayed iced over. Their team seems generally mindful of maintenence, with nothing broken or in need of replacement. While the space itself is nice, I feel like some gross smell followed me home from the grocery store, making it less enjoyable for those days and the last night rather unpleasant. There was almost always someone outside the doors smoking those days as well, which I do not enjoy breathing, or holding the door open after someone goes in, which feels less secure. No activity in the lot with luggage at these times, or coming in and out, just a rather thin black male with dreads standing there holding it open, or adding a rock(perhaps the orange hoodie midheight black male). No stars removed, but that part of the experience I'd leave out for next trip.

Everything was great except dishes weren’t previously cleaned and dishwasher wasn’t working. The maintenance man did fix the dishwasher promptly and even started the dishes. He was so courteous and helpful. I would stay again. I will say it’s a 4.5/5 because of that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was an ironing board in our room, but no iron and the lady at the front desk got us an iron very promptly! The room was clean and it felt like an Air Bnb because we had three separate bedrooms and a full kitchen, dining table, and living room. And a washer and dryer in the room which was so unexpected! The full service coffee machine available 24/7 was also great. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place and area, room could have been cleaner - chair and couches had stains on them, would stay again just need better cleaning.

The room was great. The only issue I had was checking in. I had already checked in online I just needed to get the keys. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes for someone to show up. I finally called the number on the desk the girl had an attitude. She finally showed up but her customer service sucks. The other young lady was very nice but the first one needs to be retrained. The room was perfect.

This was a hidden gem spot for me and my friends. It was not too far from Downtown Raleigh and essential stores near. The rooms were clean and quiet. Only concerning thing, there were ants in one of the bedrooms but we were on the first floor and it was near the far sided window. Overall I would stay there again! Lovely service
